Galleria MABD

Galleria MABD is owned by Manninen Art, Branding & Design. 

Our story began on 10 October 2018 and in May 2021, we moved to our stunning new premises in Kolmiotalo with more central location in Oulu.

Our new gallery space brings European flavour to Northern Finland. It offers about 90 m2 of exhibition space with five large windows that make our exhibitions part of the city life and the city part of our exhibitions.

Galleria MABD is ran by Hanna Manninen. She brings two decades of international PR and marketing experience into marketing and selling art: “We want to create memorable cultural experiences for people living and visiting Oulu. We are not your typical art gallery, we want to make our exhibitions stand out from the crowd with active marketing online. We don’t just rent exhibition space but with us you get the whole exhibition experience.”

We are proud to be part of Oulu 2026 European Capital of Culture program with our Galleria International project. We want to create a new ecosystem for exporting Oulu based artists to international markets and truly internationalise our gallery. City of Oulu

Galleria MABD is located in Oulu, Northern Finland. Oulu is a vibrant city with one of the largest universities and technology hubs in Finland. You can take the train or fly to Oulu from Helsinki. Our beautiful city is located in the Oulu river delta on the northern shores of Gulf of Bothnia.

Opening hours

Our gallery is open from Wednesday to Friday from 13-18 and on weekends from 12-16. Admission to our exhibitions is always free.
